How to Make a Payment

Please ALWAYS include your account ID# on your payment, either on your handwritten check or your bill pay set up through your bank.  It helps to ensure that your payment is correctly applied to your account.

If you are mailing in your payment, use our Post Office Address:  (Do not use the address located at the bottom of our web pages)

If you want to pay through our Customer Portal online, we must have your email address.  After our service is completed, you will receive an invoice within a minute or two through your email. 

When you open the email, you will find your invoice.  On the upper right-hand corner of the invoice, you will see the words ‘Customer Portal’ in BLUE letters.  Click on ‘Customer Portal’ and it should direct you straight to your account records with us.  At that site, you can see all the services you have received and the payments you have made.  You can choose to make a payment at this location and if you are on our regular scheduled maintenance service, you will also see your future dates of service.

You will never find any access for payment here on our website.
