Initial treatment: Locating and eliminating the existing nests within the house. Chemically treating the attic and subarea if accessible. Spraying interior crack and crevice and exterior foundation perimeter. Drilling, injecting, and fogging of wall voids if necessary.
It is not our company's policy to drill and inject the entire structure, because it is unnecessary.
Follow-up treatment: One full year of maintenance service is included with the initial carpenter ant treatment. The purpose of the follow-up is to keep a close eye on your home to make sure that ants have been eliminated and kept out for one full year.
